Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 10, 2026
Applies to: All PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC mobile applications and services, including GoNao.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "Services") developed and operated by PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including GoNao. By downloading, installing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Services. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the App on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
a. Platform Venue. GoNao is a platform that connects customers seeking local services with local service businesses ("Service Providers"). We provide the technology and marketplace; we are not a service provider ourselves and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services rendered by Service Providers listed on the platform.
b. Direct Contracting. Bookings made through GoNao constitute agreements between the customer and the Service Provider. PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC is not a party to those agreements.
c. GoNao Picks and Featured Listings. We may highlight certain Service Providers using a "GoNao Pick" badge (⚡) or display them as featured, promoted, or top results within the feed. These designations are used strictly for marketing, promotional, or platform curation purposes. The inclusion of a Service Provider as a "GoNao Pick" or featured listing does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, sponsorship, background check, or certification by PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC regarding the quality, safety, legality, or reliability of that business. Users assume all risk associated with choosing a Service Provider, regardless of any promotional badges or automated labels displayed within the Services.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer using GoNao, you agree to:
- Honor appointments you book and provide reasonable advance notice for cancellations
- Provide accurate service location information for mobile service bookings
- Treat Service Providers with respect and comply with their reasonable policies
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent the platform by soliciting or arranging future bookings directly with Service Providers outside of GoNao after being connected through it
5. Service Provider Responsibilities
Service Providers who list their businesses on GoNao agree to:
- Maintain all required licenses, permits, and insurance required to operate their business in their jurisdiction
- Accurately represent their services, pricing, and availability on the platform
- Honor confirmed bookings or provide timely notice of cancellations
- Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to consumer protection and non-discrimination
- Not use customer contact information obtained through the platform for any purpose other than fulfilling the booked service
6. Payments and Fees
a. Service Prices
Service prices are set by individual Service Providers and displayed on their profile before you book. Prices may vary based on service type, location, and provider.
b. Direct Payments to Businesses
PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC does not process payments between customers and Service Providers. Payments are made directly from the customer to the Service Provider using the business's preferred method — Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp — which is displayed on each business's booking page before you confirm. GoNao does not collect, hold, or transfer funds on behalf of any party. PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC has no control over, and assumes no liability for, any failed transactions, fraudulent charges, payment scams, reversals, or chargebacks occurring on third-party payment platforms, nor are we responsible for any user's compliance with the Terms of Service of those third-party platforms.
c. Deposits
Some businesses require a deposit to confirm a booking. Deposit amounts and requirements are set by each Service Provider and shown before you confirm. Deposits are paid directly to the business via their listed payment method. Deposit refund eligibility is governed by the business's individual cancellation policy.
d. Business Subscription Plans
Service Providers may subscribe to a paid GoNao plan (Launch, Grow, or Scale) to unlock additional features. Subscription fees are billed directly by PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC. All subscription charges are disclosed at the time of plan selection and are governed by these Terms. Business subscriptions are not processed through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing.
e. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is determined by each Service Provider's cancellation policy, which is shown before booking. Because GoNao does not process payments, refunds for services are arranged directly between the customer and the business. For disputes you cannot resolve with the business, contact us and we will assist in mediation.
- All prices displayed in the app are in US Dollars (USD).
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes on services you purchase.
7. Reviews
After a completed appointment, users may submit a star rating and written review for a business. By submitting a review, you grant PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully sublicensable license to host, display, modify, and distribute that content within the GoNao app and related services.
- Reviews are public and visible to all GoNao users.
- You may submit one review per business.
- Reviews must be honest and based on your genuine experience with that business.
- We reserve the right to remove reviews that are false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
8. Business Sharing & Booking Links
Registered businesses may generate a shareable booking link and QR code for theirGoNao listing. These links are public and may be shared externally (e.g., on a website, social media, or printed materials). PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for how third parties interact with those links. Businesses are responsible for ensuring their listing information is accurate before sharing links publicly.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or information
- Harass, abuse, or harm any other user, Service Provider, or PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC employee
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
- Scrape, copy, or resell any part of the Services without express written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
10. Reporting Abuse and Account Moderation
GoNao includes a reporting feature that allows users to flag concerns about a business or another user. Reports may be submitted from any appointment detail screen. When submitting a report, you select a reason (no-show, abusive behavior, fraud, spam, inappropriate content, or other) and may include an optional description.
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We give additional weight to "verified" reports — those submitted by users who have had a confirmed or completed appointment with the reported party. Accounts that accumulate a significant threshold of verified reports may be flagged for immediate suspension at our sole discretion, which may be assisted by automated threshold screening systems.
Actions we may take include:
- Warning — an internal flag with no visible change to the account.
- Suspension — temporary restriction of access to the platform.
- Termination — permanent removal of access to the platform.
We may take any of these actions with or without prior notice. If your account is suspended, you may submit additional context or request a review via our contact form. We review all appeals but are not obligated to reinstate any account.
Submitting false or malicious reports is itself a violation of these Terms and may result in action against the reporter's account.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to the GoNao name, logo, design, software, and text — are the exclusive property of PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Important — please read carefully
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT ENDORSE, WARRANT, OR GUARANTEE ANY SERVICE PROVIDER LISTED ON THE PLATFORM.
PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC shall not be liable for any delay, platform unavailability, or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, third-party server or infrastructure outages (including Firebase or cloud hosting failures), internet disruptions, telecommunications failures, strikes, labor disputes, fires, floods, storms, or acts of God.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY SERVICE PROVIDER'S SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in Harris County, Texas. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
16. Termination
You may delete your account at any time directly from within the app under Profile → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal information is removed within 30 days. Appointment records are anonymized to preserve business booking history.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Service Providers, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections 11–15 and Section 18 survive termination.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" and, where appropriate, by push notification or email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Miscellaneous Provisions
a. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
b. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, or agreements — whether electronic, oral, or written — between you and us.
c. App Store Provisions. You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded solely between you and PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC, and not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the GoNao application, its content, maintenance, support, and handling of any legal claims arising from your use of the app, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, intellectual property infringement claims, and third-party claims.
d. Attorneys' Fees and Frivolous Claims. In the event of any dispute, litigation, or arbitration arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party all reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs, expert witness fees, and related litigation expenses. Without limiting the foregoing, if any user institutes a legal action, lawsuit, counterclaim, or arbitration against PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC that is determined by a court or arbitrator to be groundless, frivolous, false, or brought in bad faith, such user agrees to fully reimburse PACIFICA SOLUTIONS LLC upon demand for all attorneys' fees, defense costs, and out-of-pocket expenses incurred in responding to and defending against such claim.
